Requirements:
- Must have a non-expired government-issued identification;
- Be able to adapt to a quickly changing industry and provide solutions to meet clients needs;
- Use Slack and Discord for remote communications.

Responsibilities:
- Help provide support in a fast paced environment;
- Work alongside your co-workers to provide quick and effective support;
- Provide detailed status and statistic updates to management executives.


Helpful Attributes:
- Prior experience utilizing Multicraft;
- Prior experience utilizing WHMCS;
- Prior experience utilizing SSH, Putty, & FTP File Access.
