Yes. Our billing client is linked with our game panels. When payment is received your server will be activated instantly.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.
What's my server IP address?
Your servers IP was sent to you via email. You can also check the Multicraft Panel.

How long does a ticket response take?

Can I use my Custom Jar?

What control panel do you use?
We use state-of-the-art software to help manage your server. Multicraft is one of the best and well-known Minecraft Server managers out there today.
Do you have a refund policy?
You bet! In the very unlikely event you dislike your service, we offer you a full 48 hours to request a refund using our Refund Policy; located in our ToS.
I see you provide slots with the plans, are they not unlimited?
We provide you with a recommended amount of slots at the setup of your server, however, you're free to change the slots whenever you feel like it from your Control Panel.
What is a Support PIN?
Your Support PIN is your access key to your account. Anyone with this PIN can perform major changes on your account, even cancel your services; this is why we ask that you never provide this PIN to anyone.
I have a friend who wants to help with my server. Do I give them my login?
No! We allow you to set up user accounts within our Control Panel and assign them roles based on their trust. We recommend you never provide your login information to anyone.
Should I provide Cube Jar staff with my password?
Again, you should never provide your login to anyone. Noone from Cube Jar will ever ask for your login information. Our staff team is able to use their own login to access your services and accounts within the Cube Jar TLD Network.
